UK Delivery

Free Next Day Courier Delivery on UK orders over £65. Or £5 for orders less than £65.

Express next day delivery is delivered the next working day for orders placed before 11am Mon - Thurs. Orders placed after 11am or on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day. Please note deliveries will not take place over Christmas and Bank holiday. This is a DPD tracked, signed for service.

Royal Mail 72 Hour Tracked delivery - £3.50.

London Same Day Delivery - £28.00.

London Same Day Delivery is delivered the same day for orders placed before 11am Mon - Friday. Orders placed after 11am will be dispatched the next working day. Please note deliveries will not take place over weekends, Christmas and Bank holiday. Delivery will take place throughout the day and up until 8pm, no time window can be selected. This is signed for service via Addison Lee and tracking is provided via the couriers App.

Ireland - we can dispatch orders to Ireland from our UK store in GBP with Royal Mail International for £12. Please note you might be charged customs and taxes. For better rates and no custom duties, please order from our EU store in EUR

 

US and Canada Delivery


Tracked Courier Delivery - Free Standard US ground shipping with orders over $100, or $9.50 for orders less than $100.
Shipping in the USA is via Fedex ground shipping, please allow up to 7 working days, depending on your zone.
Orders placed on the US Site are shipped from our US warehouse. Unfortunately, Couriers are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Tracked Courier Delivery - Canada Premium Express Service $40.
Shipping to Canada is via Fedex Air shipping, please allow up to 3 working days, depending on your zone. Tax and custom duties are included in the shipping cost of $40. Orders placed on the US Site are shipped from our US warehouse. Unfortunately, Couriers are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

 

European Delivery

Great news, we are now dispatching from the new EU warehouse! No custom duties apply for orders to European Union countries. Your local tax rate will be collected at checkout. Couriers no longer need to contact you to arrange payment for duties and taxes before making the delivery.

EU and Ireland Standard Tracked: €8 or FREE for orders over €100. Please allow 1-6 working days for delivery, depending on your destination.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, France, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Slovakia, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Ukraine, Switzerland.

Cyprus Standard Tracked: €35 or FREE for orders over €150. Please allow 1-6 working days for delivery, depending on your destination.


For non-EU, please be aware that is the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with customs in order to receive the goods at the destination. Rodial will not refund orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.
We deliver to the following countries via local couriers. This is the standard delivery service used, this is a tracked service and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow 1-6 working days for delivery.

 

Rest of World Delivery

For Shipping to Rest of the World via Royal Mail Tracked please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, depending on your destination. 
For Shipping to Rest of the World International Courier is via Royal Mail Intl/DPD/FEDEX courier service.

We offer free shipping to Australia with orders over £150 (312 AUD), shipping for orders less than £150 is £39 (81 AUD).

We offer free shipping to UAE and Saudi Arabia with orders over 703 AED / 718 SAR, shipping for orders less than 703 AED or 718 SAR start from 211 AED/SAR. 


Please note that you may be charged customs and duties upon entry to your selected delivery country. Please be aware that is the customer’s responsibility to liaise directly with customs in order to receive the goods at the destination.
Rodial will not refund orders that have not cleared customs or where customs and/or duties have not been paid.

Shipping to China is via DPD/FEDEX courier service which can be tracked and will need to be signed for at the delivery destination. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery for all orders to China, we can only permit orders up to a threshold of £80 (excluding delivery charges) due to customs restrictions.
Deliveries to Indonesia may incur a local government tax, please consult regional government for charges and more information.
Due to custom regulations and checks, please allow an additional 4 working days for delivery.

Cancelling or Amending your Order

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or change items.

If you need to update your delivery address or request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team within one hour of placing your order. While we cannot guarantee that changes can be made, our team will always do their best to assist before the order is processed by our warehouse.

As our fulfilment team works quickly, orders are often prepared and dispatched shortly after being placed. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may unfortunately be unable to cancel or amend it. In this case, you may return the parcel to us once it arrives, provided the items remain unopened and in their original condition.

Please note that orders shipped outside the EU and US are final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns

Refunds  

If you change your mind about your Rodial purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, sealed and in the same condition as when it was received
Returned in its original packaging
Purchased directly from rodial.com

Please note that returns are not complimentary, and customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when sending items back to us. Until your parcel is safely received by our team, it remains the responsibility of the sender. Unfortunately, items lost during transit cannot be considered returned.

Once your return has been sent, please allow 7 to 10 working days for our team to receive and process it. If you have not heard from us after this time, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to assist.

If your purchase was made through a retailer or third party, returns must be arranged directly with the original place of purchase in line with their returns policy.

Order issues

Missing or damaged items

If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this promptly.

Please include clear photographs of the issue when contacting our customer support team so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Product quality

At Rodial, we pride ourselves on the performance and quality of our skincare. In the rare event that a product appears faulty, defective or damaged, please contact our team within 30 days of purchase.

We are able to assist directly with products purchased through rodial.com. If your item was purchased through a retailer, please contact them directly regarding returns. However, we always welcome feedback so our quality team can continue to improve our products.

Please note that in the interest of hygiene, we cannot accept returns on used products. If you would like advice on ingredients or product suitability before purchasing, our team would be delighted to assist.

Missing deliveries

If you are unable to locate your parcel, please contact us so we can begin an investigation with the courier. Depending on the courier, investigations may take up to 10 working days to complete.

For UK orders reported as missing or stolen, claims must be made within 14 days of the dispatch date. Requests made after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Please note that until a parcel is either returned to us or officially declared lost by the courier, we are unable to issue a replacement or refund.

Each case is reviewed individually. If a parcel shows as delivered with Proof of Delivery (POD), or if delivery instructions such as Safe Place, Leave with Neighbour, or Consignee Authority were provided, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund if the parcel goes missing afterwards.
