Senior Ecommerce Manager – Nip+Fab
We have an exciting new role for an experienced Senior Ecommerce Manager to support us achieve our growth plans.
As a Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our online DTC business by managing all aspects of Ecommerce operations. This includes overseeing the entire P&L for the Ecommerce function, ensuring that revenue targets are met and profit is maximised.
You are responsible for overseeing the day to day operational management of the Nip+Fab website, management of key third-party agencies and of the on-site customer journey. It requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, who can balance day-to-day management of online
sales with long-term growth strategies.
A multidisciplinary role, the Senior Ecommerce Manager role carries significant responsibility in shaping the direction of our online presence, working closely alongside the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Head of Ecommerce.

Ecommerce Merchandising and CRO Executive
We have an exciting new role for an experienced Ecommerce Merchandising and CRO Executive to support us achieve our growth plans.
You will be responsible for ensuring online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximised across the Rodial website and related channels.
This is a pivotal role in the Ecommerce team, ensuring all digital activations are delivered and supporting processes are followed according to the critical paths. In this multidisciplinary role you will be working to identify and implement opportunities to drive sales analysing all aspects of the customer conversion funnel to maximise conversion, alongside the continuous optimisation of the customer journey.

Head of NPD
The Head of Product will direct and manage all aspects of product development from NPD to EPD, focusing on the complete product lifecycle from concept through to launch and the complexities surrounding this.
Heading up Product Development with responsibility for Technical and Regulatory, you will contribute at a strategic level; operating commercially to drive profitable growth across the Rodial Group Brands, Rodial and Nip+Fab.

Supply Chain Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Manager at Rodial.
As Supply Chain Manager for the Rodial Group you will be responsible for managing the
Supply Chain from order placement to receipt of goods, ensuring delivery of product is to specification, in full and on time. You will collaborate across the business to support the sales targets, forecasts, and growth plans, ensuring all systems and processes are managed; constantly evaluating, auditing, and developing them to maintain high performance. You will manage all aspects of purchasing, logistics, offsite warehousing and world-wide distribution, ensuring the business has the inventory to fulfil demand.
While collaborating with, developing and maintaining excellent relationships with all third parties, you will be leading and developing an inspirational and ambitious team. To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record within this field and thrive in a fast paced entrepreneurial environment.

Supply Planner
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Supply Planner to join an innovative and ambitious team.
As our Supply Planner, you will be instrumental in the purchasing of stock from global suppliers, working closely with our Supply Chain Manager to review required demand, to ensure we have the right stock in the right place at the right time.
You will be working closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers throughout the ordering process, from PO placement through to delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will have a good understanding of ERP systems and SAP and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy in all that you do.
